I have just received the sad and shocking news of the passing of Linda Maborn, Special Education teacher at Cairo Junior/Senior High School. Linda apparently passed away in her sleep on Saturday afternoon.

According to the family, visitation will be held on Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Massey Funeral Home in Mounds, IL. The funeral will be held in the Cairo Jr./Sr. High School Gymnasium at 1 p.m. on Saturday, with public viewing from noon until 1 p.m.
