Until the members receive their permanent ID Cards, the member should note this information for the pharmacist:

• BIN# is 011552 and PCN# is ILDR

• The toll-free number for the administrator of the prescriptions is 1.800.423.1973.

Also, I thank you for your note regarding each school sending out the temporary ID Cards and Outline of Benefits sheet that I faxed to the District on yesterday.

Charlotte Arington deserves credit for this e-mail with the BIN# and PCN# information. She and I were on a conference call with BCBSIL and they recommended you all having that information for prescriptions until you get your permanent cards.
