V. CLOSED SESSION - A motion was made, seconded, and approved to go into closed session at 6:10 p.m. to "Consider Information Regarding Appointment, Employment, Performance or Dismissal of Individual Employees". A motion was made, seconded, and approved to exit closed session at 7:14 p.m.

VI. OPEN SESSION - Superintendent Gary Whitledge recommended the employment of Tony Maltbia as Principal of CJSHS contingent upon the negotiation of a satisfactory contract. A motion to do so was made, seconded, and approved.
