CAT Tracks for December 2, 2008 NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE

Try, try again...

Don't "cuss"...there was a very good reason for canceling the negotiations session scheduled for tonight, December 2nd, with the federal mediator. The mediator's mother passed away this morning. Our condolences to him and his family.

The two teams will NOT meet tonight. However, we are looking at several dates during the next two weeks...with our sights set upon finishing the process in time for the BOE and FOP regular meetings later this month.

We will let you know when the next session(s) are scheduled and any progress made...
