OBITUARY - RONALD NEWELL |
To quote Mark Twain, "The rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated."
I've told you about my sense of humor...
Have often joked about reading the obituaries...to see if I had died.
In that context, I simply couldn't "pass"...on this story from today's Paducah Sun.
Background:
My telephone just rang...the receptionist from Miracle Ear in Paducah...wanting to confirm that I would be coming in for my appointment tomorrow???
Once she confirmed that her long distance call was not to Heaven...or Hell, she let me know that she had read about "me" today.
Below is what she shared...
From the Paducah Sun...

Dang...even the age was right!
(They DID get the middle initial wrong. Hopefully they'll do better next time! Practice makes perfect...)
