Merry meet everyone. **smile**
For some reason, unbeknownst to me, these wonderfully kind people have seen fit to honor both me and my site. I find these awards to be both humbling and gratifying at the same time. I am so overwhelmed by your generosity, and can hardly find the words to express my joy. I might add, it is no small feat to make me speachless.
While looking down this page you may notice one thing... Every quote is not acompanied by an award. Well, I'll admit. I've gotten some pretty beautiful emails, that have touched me deeply. I've included those here. Where else would they be more fitting. There words have touched me, and this was the only way I could think of to thank them.
So without further ado, I give you... the awards with which I have been blessed.
I was saddened to hear about your brother Jesse and .... I share your sentiments about your father.
My father and I were also very close and I owe so much of my life
and happiness to him. He passed on over 20 years ago, but in a
very real and the most true sense, he is here with me, everyday of
my life.
Congratulations!

Hello Tobi Dawne,
Congratulations! Your site has won Renee's Creative Award. I am sorry to hear
about your poor little baby, I am a pet lover too. I've never gotten into mice or rats though. It takes a very brave person to
fall in love with a mouse, and I am not!
There are no words to express my gratitude to ... you for taking the time
to send words of encouragement to Beca through her guestbook. Beca has been
in and out of a coma for the past two weeks. She woke up day before
yesterday, weak and hungry!
The miracle in all of this for me is in having my faith in mankind restored.
I had forgotten how many truly wonderful and caring people there are in the
world, and ... you are a large part of that miracle! How could I have
forgotten that the greatest gift of life is Unselfish Love? If you think that
your small contribution did not amount to much, think again! Beca told me
that while she was in her coma, she "heard" all of your prayers.
I can never repay all of you for what you have given back to me, but please
accept my gift to you. It is not much, but I would be proud to have you
display the attached award on your sites, knowing that all my gratitude is
held inside it!
Blessings,
Fiona

Merry Meet Snake Woman,
I wanted to let you know that there is something very special about your
website. While I have visited many wiccan & pagan sites and have enjoyed
them each to varying degrees I have found the vast majority of them to be
rather dry, cool, databanks of information with pretty graphics. Your site
has spirit and heart and one cannot help but be touched by you, your
writings, the powerful emotions which you convey with such spirit and
articulation. You stand out among the many, is what I'm trying to say.
In particular the story of your brother, Jesse, touched me deeply. It is a
terrible thing that his fate has been decided by someone who obviously
couldn't care less. And why? For the sake of political correctness? His
mother may be Native but if she is unfit how does that benefit him? I am
so sick of these damned orginizations, that don't give squat about people,
making major decisions in people's lives. I pray that somehow Jesse is
returned to you because obviously that is where he "has" a family and where
he belongs. Goddess willing he will come home. Or maybe he is home, by now.
I hope you post an update to let us know.
Well, I look forward to visiting your site again and I hope all is going
well in your life at present time.
Wishing you a zillion blessings,
Swanspirit(who is also born in the year of the snake)
A warm hello,

Brightest Blessings and Moonlight,

This site was awarded
"Hot Site of the Week"!
I have some appologies to make.
My hard drive crashed, and I lost somewhere around thirteen awards that I had not yet placed on this page. If one of those was from you. Please do not think me ungrateful, it caused me much pain to know that I lost something that you put so much work into, something that you chose to honor my work with.
I cried when I learned that all of those beautiful gifts were destroyed. I truly am sorry. Please forgive me for my stupidity.
Hi Tobi-Dawne,
I visited your site and want to congratulate you on the way in which
you presented your brother and your love for him. Hang in there. Even if
you can't always be with him your love can mean a lot over the distance
... I don't think geographical proximity is always the #1 factor in
functioning love.
I was able to spend several hours with an Inuit from Copper Mine the
other day ... it was an enriching experience for me and now I have a
friend north of the arctic circle! I am going to use something he taught
me in a brief article I have to put together tomorrow.

Aub
Hello ~ I wanted to drop off an award for you =) It's for the work you
put into Grinta's Lair and the rest of your cyber adoptions (::laughs::
Us who are addicted must stick together ;)!) You can link it back to the
main pages ::laughs:: along also
with the Dragon Knight that I'm attaching to this mail too =) I didn't
check all your pages, but please let me know if you've adopted from
Mythical Beasties or not? =) I'd like to sneak another award in too ;)
T~D,
You're immediately eligible for a personal award of mine.....
It's attached, and yours is the first site to get it, after my husband suggested my little ~smiley sunshine at ya~ sig tag would make a good award for me to give out.
Keep up the good work! Once I get a working phone line in the new house and get Win95 fixed, I'll sign up my Geo site and maybe even the Dragonskies site for the Jesse's bears campaign.
