Words of the Goddess Isis, told to her
High Priestess Crystal:
"I guess I shouldn't question the Goddess," I said dejectedly.
"You must never stop questioning us," came Her sharp reply. "Only false gods insist on not being questioned - because they can't stand up to the scrutiny.
"Only by questioning the Powers-That-Be can you grow spiritually. When you first ask the question you may not be able to understand the answer, and so it may seem like you aren't getting the answers. But by asking the question, you start the processes that you need to go through or undertake to reach a point where you will understand. Then you will receive the answer."
I sat in the glory of the Sun, soaking up it's power and warmth. "Ahh, my Savior," I thought.
"It's not about saving your soul from Hell, it's about nourishing your soul now," She told me. "You must keep it nourished so it can sustain you on your path which can be twisted and difficult."
"I am the Light of the Universe, let the
Light in! You are the Light of the World, let the Light out!
Thoughts are as real as actions. Negative thoughts act like ripples
on the water, ever spreading out and affecting more and more water molecules.
Strive to keep a positive state of mind to counteract the negative onslaught
that is created everyday."
"Lets go to your Temple," She said to me and led the way. "To My Temple to Our Temple and dance..."
And we danced, with other Priestesses in flickering candlelight.
"I am the Force and Power of the Universe. I am the Feminine Principle. The Male Principle is a mirror of It, the Reaction to the Power, that bounces around and ricochet's back with more Force, and can be mistaken as greater than the Feminine Principle. But it is only a surface Strength or Physical Strength. It is not the Strength of the Spirit, Heart or Soul.
"The balance between the two, the Feminine and Masculine Principles need to be actively sought by all. Although, in a general sense, women can reach that balance a little easier. They can, if they choose to, more easily tap into their Masculine sides than men can tap into their Feminine sides. (This is a generalization and doesn't apply to everyone.)
"Achieving that balance is like a game where you put the right shapes in the right holes. You need that Male/Female balance to fit the hole that leads to spiritual growth exactly. The woman is a round shape trying to fit into an octagonal hole. She can fit through, she has no sharp edges to hold her back, but it is not an exact fit. While the man is a square shape that is too big to fit through at all. He must work harder to connect to the Feminine side, but will find great reward for his efforts," Isis told me.
"But what about all of the advances made in our Patriarchal Society?" I asked.
"Your physical lives have moved forward
by leaps and bounds, but your spiritual growth has stagnated. All
these things seem empty and you keep yourselves occupied while you wait
to die. That is not living!" She
advised.
