It has been awhile since I blogged on 360. The last two weeks we have been on vacation in Colorado. We stayed with my wife's Dad and visited with family on my wife's side and my side. It was a great time. Hot, but great!

The new van got its work out on the trip. Everything worked beautifully. The new van is a great blessing. It was kinda sad to see the milage shoot up. When we got the Dodge Caravan, it had 8.6 miles on it. Now it has 3,000 miles! The gas milage has been getting better the longer we drive it.

Before the trip started I was a little nervous about going. Last year when we went I developed Ischial Bursitis from sitting so much. It took 7 months to get it cleared up. Just before we left I was having some minor trouble again and wondered if the 1,000 mile trip (each way) would cause a full-fledged recurrence.

3 days before the trip I got a new Varilite Cushion. That cushion, for my powerchair, and taking frequent riding breaks helped a lot. We came back refreshed and ready to get back in the routine of our lives.
