Siege

Siege
Artillery superiority is considered for breaching. A side has artillery superiority if it has at least twice as much artillery as its opponent. If the besieger has superiority it receives a +1 on the siege roll. If the besieged has superiority, there is a –1 on the siege roll.

The attacker uses 2-1 3-1 4-1 tables. The defender uses 4-2 table.

It costs +1 MP to enter a space containing an unbesieged city garrisoned by enemy factors.
