WELCOME to the Church of the 7 African Powers

Let us say that one of the main tenets of our beliefs here at the church is the acceptance of the theory of REINCARNATION. We believe that the soul cannot possible learn in one lifetime all the lessons that it needs to grow spiritually. As in many belief systems, we believe that the soul is in a process of LIGHT. As the soul spiritually progresses, it is able to learn more about SPIRITUAL REALITY, and thereby do more good in this world.

This leads us to state the purpose of this organization. We believe that many who have worked in the AFRICAN MYSTERIES have reincarnated in other cultures. Many of these souls did not complete all the work that they wished to complete in previous encarnations where they worked as priests and priestesses of the african traditions.

Our purpose is to provide a point of RE-ENTRANCE to these souls, so that they can pick up the thread of their spiritual existance and complete the work that they were not able to do in past incarnations. Likewise, we wish to provide an opportunity to those souls whose spiritual evolution has brought them to the door of these MYSTERIES.

Our MISSION is to help those seekers, by orienting them to the proper path they need to walk within these Mysteries. By working with the Holy Oracle of IFA, we can give individual guidance as to the exact initiations an individual needs, as well as the proper order in which to receive these initiations.

Likewise, we would humbly try to serve as facilitators by answering questions regarding these Mysteries. This, of course, is for those seekers who do not have access to legitimate priests and priestesses of these sacred ways.

For those of you who have already found your "house", or home in these Mysteries, we invoke the blessings of all the Orishas, Mpungos, Voduns on you, and pray that your path may ever lead you upward into the Light.

Our Church is named after the spiritual current of the Seven African Powers. We follow the directions of this current by founding this church. This is found in the Holy Ordun of Edibre or Odi-Obe.

We do the will of the CREATOR, and invoke His blessings on all seekers of the LIGHT.
