Pre-payment cards (phone cards, rail cards, etc.)

For the last twelve years, I have been collecting telephone cards, rail cards, and ... well, any kind of pre-payment cards, especially those that have interesting images on them. Sample pictures - (dogs ,flowers, steam trains)
