QUESTION 1:

In a jamat qasr asr prayer if one erroneously gets up with jamat after
the second rakat instead of reciting salaam (Since Qasr). ,can the prayer
be repaired? what is the remedy?


ANSWER 1: 

The prayer can be repaired if the person realises the mistake
before Ruku. If so, he sits down, recites Tashahhud and Salaams to complete
his prayer and then recites two Sajda e Sahw for erroneously standing up.
If he realises after Ruku, the prayers are Batil and he has to repeat them.



QUESTION 2:

If one starts a sura then decides to  recite another sura abandoning the
other sura midway is it ok? eg It is better not to recite Qadr(Innaanzalna)
in both rakats so if one realises & changes the sura is it ok?

ANSWER 2 : 
The rulings regarding the second Sura in Qir'at are as follows:
1) You must decide which Sura you are reciting before you start Bismillah
>because Bismillah is part of the Sura.
2) You can intentionally break a Sura to recite another one provided you
have not recited more than half the Sura.
3) You cannot break once you have started reciting Suratul Ikhlas and
Suratul Kafirun.
4) Should you get stuck in a Sura even if it is past the half, you can
break it to recite another one you know.
