I wrote this poem for my great-niece
A new life begins
So little and perfect
She giggles and gurgles
And though there are many babies
when she was about 6 months old.
So tiny and frail.
She came into the world
With a great big wail.
Not a flaw to be found.
So happy and chubby
The best baby around.
And laughs at us all.
How can so much love
Come from someone so small?
This one is better than those
This one's much more special
And her name's Chelsea Rose.
