The Director for Gray School Division Dr. Helen Horsman -- Director of Education Dr. Helen Horsman owns and operates Visions Consulting and contracts services to The Grand Coulee, Gray and Pense School Divisions as Director of Education and to the Moose Jaw Catholic School Division as Superintendent of Student Services. She holds a Bachelor of Education, a Post Graduate Diploma, and a Master of Education from the University of Regina and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Saskatchewan. Her major area of study is elementary mathematics. She has been an elementary school teacher, a professor at both Saskatchewan Universities and a school division coordinator. Helen has a life long interest in First Nations Education having taught at NORTEP, ITEP, SIFC, and SUNTEP. She has a passion for programming and alternate schooling for "at risk" students. She has recently published a book called "Learning Together in Multi-Level Classrooms". Helen and her husband Ken have a son Timothy, 21 and a daughter Katherine, 19, both bilingual students at the University of Regina.
