To convert any relevant code into readable Chinese characters:

NOTE: The Chinese characters on this site are written using TwinBridge: Chinese Partner 2000. If you do have this program installed, you can probably still read the Chinese characters by

• setting your the encoding in Explorer to simplified Chinese (GB2312), or
• by using in Netscape any of the downloadable Chinese readers, such as as njstar.com

However, the njstar.com reader does not read both the Chinese characters and the accents of languages such as French that appear on the same page (Explorer does). If this is the case, you may need to exit the Chinese reader to be able to read the French accents.
