There is one cardinal rule to remember when dealing with spammers, Do on to other as others do on to you . We the good people of the world wide net will not become sheep for the slaughter, spammers bewared the net is like a black hole you could get lost in you own MAIL.

Therefore, when dealing with a spammer or a rogue site:

Mailbomb the site;
Mailbomb them on a regular basis. If they stop we stop else we continue. "All is fare in word and meanness."
Ping-storm or SYN-flood the site;
Hack into the site and relay do it to them. Fill there computer up with only spam and leave no room on there hard drives.
Try in any way to bring the site down illegally.

And above all else, use double spam to fight spam.
