"Spam," or "Spamming," also known as Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) and Unsolicited Bulk E-mail (UBE) is herein defined as the broadcasting of mass quantities of and or unsolicited Email or postings to news groups through any network or server or any portion thereof. We consider the most egregious offenses of spamming to be those involving the unauthorized use of third party Email sending and/or relaying resources and or any portion of Streamline web sites and pages as the source, intermediary, or destination address. Neither may your personal Streamline web page be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above.

If you've been spammed by a Streamline Distributor, we sincerely apologize. Please send a copy of your complaint, along with the original message to the abuse@tv-looker.com and to the person who sent it. There is no need to make threats or to include quotes from recent court cases. We do not condone spamming and we do not approve of users who take matters into their own hands and try to harrass us or our law abiding distributors. If we get mailbombed then we will simply add your email address and/or domain to our list of sites we refuse email from while carbon copying your ISP.

If you are found to have spammed, then we will immediately, without warning, remove your Streamline web page, you will forfeit any earned commissions and no refund will be issued. In addition, we will impose a $100 penalty for each spam policy violation. Lastly, we reserve the right to determine what violates this policy.

Our policy on spam is strict and WILL BE enforced for the benefit of all Streamline Distributors. There are many ways to promote your Streamline web page without the use of spam. Spamming will only ultimately result in all of our web sites being taken down by our host. To maximize the exposure of your web site and allow you to earn the maximum commissions you deserve Streamline must remain online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Only by adhering to our NO-SPAM policy will we be able to provide you with the service that you expect and deserve.
