suddenly turned vertical,
rather than ridges against the horizon,
the water, liquid fire and movement,
tumbled and colored by the sun.

Drops from the trees,
like transparent pearl,
rain for all of a second,
brief as a moment.

Progression

In hallowed halls and sacred spheres,
we work the wonders of the years,
and on common grounds,
with mundane sounds,
evolve the works of magnitude,
that challenge universes in their solitude.
