And other stuff
"And now the wretched Fallen One of Kadesh was come and had collected together all the foreign countries as far as the end of the sea."
--Ramses II
Hey. I'm Rob Wanner.
Though I originate in Stockton, California, I've lived in Lafayette, Indiana most of my life. I graduated from the University of Evansville, majoring in classical archaeology and history, with a minor in anthropology. I worked as an archaeological field tech in Historic St. Mary's City, Maryland for two years. I just recieved my Masters degree from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, and am all set to go to Leicester University this October to start my PhD. I thought it might be useful to learn HTML and made this site for the heck of it one day, and later I added a research paper for an Egyptian archaeology class. I never expected I'd get so many hits, so thanks for the support.
So you are obviously not interested in the Battle of Kadesh or you would have gone on to read about it; here are some facts about me and links to some of my favorite sites. Or maybe you got screwed up and arrived here by accident and actually did want to read about the Battle of Kadesh, in which case, click here.
