I have intended to create this page for a very long time. I have several family recipes I would like to share, as well as some other wonderful recipes I have found over the years. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to email me at kelly@edesigns.org. Now, on to the food!
Stuffing Casserole
2 boxes stuffing mix, prepared following directions.
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 can chicken broth
1 med. carton sour cream
2-4 cans of mixing chicken or turkey, drained
Place half of the prepared stuffing on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan in a layer. Crumble up the meat and layer over the stuffing. Place the rest of the stuffing over that in a layer. Mix the sour cream, soup, and broth well. Pour over the stuffing & meat evenly, making sure the edges are covered. Cook in a 350 degree oven until browned lightly, and soup mixture is set. Serve with chilled cranberry sauce. Careful...this stuff is highly addictive!

Prepare & bake cake mix according to directions in 9 X 13 pan. Let cool, punch holes about 2 inches apart
all over the cake, to the bottom of the pan, with the handle of a wooden spoon or a chopstick.
Pour over the cake the jello dissolved in hot water . Refrigerate until set. Topping: Mix pudding, milk,
and stir in half the can of soda and the cool whip until thick and creamy, but not TOO thick.
Spread on and keep cake refrigerated.
