1- Clearly specified purpose for each meeting
2- before meeting, everyone should mail his proposed agenda to the chairman who will dedide and mail back the final agenda to everyone.
3- agenda should focus on issued needing more creative thinking than mechanical.
4- Minutes should be sent out immediatly following the meeting, specifying assignments given and date of accountability.
5- These items would then be placed on appropriatye future agendas which would be sent out in plenty of time for othes to prepare and discuss them.
