Companions:

It’s hard to believe that February is almost here. I have a few things in mind that I hope, with your help we can make this a fun and prosperous year for the Chapter.

Ex Companion Bill Stephenson has contacted a member of a RA Chapter in Alton, Ill and is trying to arrange a fraternal visit. If it works out, we will invite them to one of our meetings and see what develops. I think it will be fun and interesting. I think it is in the same lodge hall that Robert Wadlow, the Alton Giant attended.

A few other things I am trying to do are programs about the RARA, De Moley, Job Daughters, the Rainbows and a program by a brother who was involved in installing the last section of the Gateway Arch.

I would also like to stare a phone list to remind the Companions of the meetings and offer to pick them up. If you want to be called or can help with the calling and transportation please contact me or one of the officers.

As I said at the Installation, this has to be a team effort and will need your help. Remember that the last meeting of the month is Pot Luck/Ladies Night. Check the trestleboard to see what the main dish Comp Rudy is going to fix so you can plan accordingly. So bring your Lady, a dish, come out, and enjoy the fellowship. :.
