Who is
This Guy?

• Who am I? Ken Douglass I suppose is the most accurate answer to that question. :) Though I often try or desire to be someone else (namely someone better than myself in any of a wide variety of areas), I always wind up still being me. I am a Christian, having given my life to Jesus Christ March 6, 1993.

• I am currently a re-entry student at Santa Rosa JC, California. The re-entry adjective means I'm an old(er) -38 years- guy who's finally gotten tired of the type of work he was doing and now wants to start over, this time with an education.

• I'm a Computer Science major, emphasis will probably be in programming. I have self taught myself html, writing completely from scratch on "notepad". This is how I have constructed this website. I haven't had the time, though I DO have the (great) desire, to learn the next step in web writing, namely cgi-script, javascript, and java-applets. I toy around with cut-and-paste-and-modify, but need to study the languages.

• I live in Rohnert Park, California with my beautiful wife Erin. We moved here via the acceptance of a job offered to Erin. This has become a real blessing in many ways. We never thought we would get the opportunity to live in Northern California - something that was always just a dream. Moral - don't ever give up on your dreams. • My hobbies are this website, and writing in general. I have one poem that has been published in an anthology volume, but most of my writing is nowadays for this website. In the past I have begun children's stories, and other stabs at fiction. I would have to say most of what I write is my mind - it is an excellent outlet for me.
