I believe that as biblical egalitarians we need to unite to do four things.

 

We need to provide:

 

1. A learned response to critics.

 

2. Safe places of support, teaching and training for questioning minds and/or newly-realized egalitarian believers.

 

3. Resources for mature and advanced egalitarians who want to apply biblical egalitarian principles to life, family, church, etc.

 

4. Fellowships and working leadership structures that build upon, use, and model the

precepts peculiar to biblical egalitarian principles.

 

Each of the above items represents a different level of needs and involvement.  I would like to see groups form that will set goals and create strategies for addressing each of these levels.
