This is far the simplest application ever. The user sets a time period (in minutes) and after that period the pc shutdowns. I am using it a lot, especially when I am falling to sleep while I hear my favorite mp3s or while I download something.
Works only for windows 9x and XP (Never tried on 2000 or NT)
