Onion-Baked Chicken


horses
2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Moisten chicken with water.
3. Combine soup mix and bread crumbs.
4. Dip chicken and coat well.
5. Place in large shallow baking pan.
6. Drizzle with melted butter.
7. Bake 45 minutes until tender.

Cook's Comments :
I always had to watch since I'm famous for burning things when I bake. Needless to say, I always blamed it on a defective oven!
