Glory-fried Chicken


chickie
2 lbs. of chicken parts
2 tbs. shortening
1 can cream of chicken soup

1. Brown chicken in shortening. Drain.
2. Stir in soup. Cover.
3. Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
4. Uncover and cook until desired consistency.
