These pages were designed in IE 4.0 using FrontPage Express at 800 x 600 and uses only one non-Netscape command--rightmargin. If this page views ok, then I can finally solve the problem (without changing the font color)

Problem	What has been tried
Text is hard to read	This can be because the viewer does not have the Verdana font or because they are using Netscape Communicator. I haven't had time to check yet, but I think the problem is caused because NC does not handle the HTML code rightmargin very well. In IE4.0, any rightmargin value > 0 causes it to ignore the leftmargin command.
