Yeah, I know, pathetic. But if I were human at the moment, I'd get nervous. Then I'd have to go away out of sheer humiliation, and you'd never get this important message:

That's it. That's the message. The Yeerks are here. And they're getting stronger every day.
They want Earth, and we have neither the weapons nor the needed knowledge to stop them
There's not much the average person can do, because there is no way to tell who the enemy is. There is no Yeerk detection system available at Wal-mart for $19.99, no discernable difference in the Yeerks' hosts, and no physical movement that can give them away. None of that exists.
The Yeerks take hosts- human, Taxxon, Hork-Bajir. In their natural state, they are blind, cowering slugs. But once they enter the brain of a host....
Then they are in control. They crush the hosts' mind and use them to destroy our world and a concept that we hold dear- freedom.
Despite all of this- the invisibility of enemies, the advanced technology of the Yeerks, and the extreme paranoia- six kids- five human and one Andalite- have managed to hold them back. They have hurt the Yeerks.
They have the power to morph, though, the power to change into any animal that they touch. The human race does not possess the technology. It is six youths and their allies against the world.
Not that you can't help. Educate yourself. Don't fall into the Yeerk trap. And definately don't join....
The Sharing is a Yeerk front organization. When they talk about changing your life. . .they don't mean in a good way.
You might not be able to save the world. But you can save yourself...
