Behold, A Mystery...

Imagine a day when people will seem to vanish off the

face of the earth. One might be standing beside you, or driving

next to you on the freeway, when suddenly, POOF, they're gone!

Hundreds of thousands of people around the world - all gone instantly

without a trace. That day may soon be upon us.

The Vanishing...

This type of a thing just couldn't happen, you might tell

yourself. Silly science fiction or religious mumbo-jumbo!

But what if it happened, regardless of what you think? Would it

maybe mean that you might've missed something kind of important?

Maybe you'd have a feeling deep down in your gut that something like

this couldn't really mean what you think it means.

True Space-Time Travelers

For centuries, this event has been predicted. It is most

commonly referred to as the rapture of the church. When believers

in Jesus Christ will be removed from the earth before a period

of seven years of God's wrath being poured out on earth, as predicted

in various books of the New Testament. But what exactly would

happen to these 'believers'? How would such an event take place,

and where would these people go?

"Behold, I show you a mystery, We shall not all sleep, but
we shall all be changed. In a moment,in the twinkling of an
eye, at the last trump. For the trump shall sound, and the
dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this
mortal must put on immortality."

"So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption,
and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be
brought to pass the say that is written,'Death is swallowed
up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where
is thy victory?'" - I Corinthians 15:51-56

Putting On Immortality...

For those who have an understanding of this universe as

having an intelligent design, that is to say a universe created

by an intelligent being, not only would there be a reason for

that design, but also a plan and purpose for that design. The

purpose for an event such as the rapture is not just to separate

the believers from the unbelievers, the good from the bad,

but, to separate the mortal from the immortal. To separate the

dead from the living. To liberate the living into the abundance

of life. To 'put on immortality' is to overcome death.

The plan is to create a people who are able to believe that it is

possible to overcome this world and to be equipped for an eternity

where death, pain and suffering is eliminated, and that the abundance

of God's universe is wide open. Wide To Infinity.
