At the semi-annual Court of
Honor of Troop 1517 of the Boy Scouts of
America, Howard and Mark received the Winter Camper Award for spending at
least two consecutive nights in a tent in temperatures under 40 ºF.
They each also received the following Merit Badges:
Citizenship in the World,
Citizenship in the Nation,
the Iceberg Award,
and the Service Award.
Howard also received the Emergency Preparedness Merit Badge. |
