A marker pen

Find a leaf that is on its way out, not to far gone just starting to cut of the food to its leaf. Now write or draw on the leaf a word or pic that represents the thing that you want. I normally draw the runic symbol of the item I want falling that I write the first letter in my magick alphabet of

the think I want. Once the leaf is ready it will fall, take you wish to the earth and in thanx for the food the earth mother will grant your wish.

Something like that anyway - it works for me.
