Submission Information

I accept any type of literature except fan-fiction, because of the legal and copyright complications that can arise from such material. For stories that are extremely long (over 8,000 or so words), I reserve the right to break them into parts for display over a period of time. I also reserve the right to display all contributed work how, when, and if I see fit. Of course, at this point we need all the literature we can get.

If you accept these terms and would like to have your work displayed in our gallery, e-mail a complete copy of whatever you wish to have exhibited to jedifett@yahoo.com , along with your name and e-mail address. Be sure to tell me whether or not you wish to be acknowledged in name or remain anonymous. Authors will receive credit for their work in the form of a short biography (if you include one), a copyright notice, and a link to your homepage or e-mail address if you so desire. I will try to display everything I receive, but the final decision is left to my own discretion, and it may be a little while before your work shows up. Copyright Information In General (1998-2001)

All words and images on these pages, regardless of whether or not it is actually stated, are copyrighted by their authors, and may not be reproduced or duplicated without the expressed, written consent of the author. Those works displayed in the gallery are either the copyrighted property of their authors, whether a name is listed or not, or that of this page's author, and may also not be used without their permission.

However, due to the nature of the Internet, I assume no responsibility or liability for any form of disregard for the copyright laws that may be exhibited by the readers of these pages. I will also not be held responsible if any of the work in the galleries does not belong to the person or persons that submitted it. If this is the case, and someone else's work has been placed on these pages in another's name, contact me at jedifett@yahoo.com and I will gladly cooperate to remove it.

Due to the freedom of expression, I also do not take responsibility for any material that certain readers may find offensive, but I will do my best to ensure that the majority of the literature is appropriate and inoffensive to most audiences.

I reserve the right to use and display any contributed material as I see fit, but the actual content and any legal problems arising from it are the responsibility of whomever wrote and submitted it. If you would rather keep your material and the rights of it's display as your own, contact me and we can work something out, but exposure of your work might therefore have to be more limited.
