All of the writing on all of my pages is my own, unless otherwise noted. I write from personal observation, reflection, and/or imagination. Of course, the way I observe, reflect, and imagine has no doubt been influenced by others, and of course, I rely on what I deem to be factual knowledge about the world gleaned by others. But in each of the thoughts and anecdotes and interactive games and research projects (etc.) on my pages there is at least an essential kernel, and in most cases I would like to think a great big gob, of originality. Please don't pass anything herein off wholesale as your own, not that I'll probably find out about it, but I officially put a hex on anyone who may ever do such a thing. Just so you'll know what happened when you open your mouth to speak one day, and instead start chirping.
Images, on the other hand, are another story. Most gifs and jpgs are either linked back to their original source (as in the case of all the images on the connection page), or there is a note about their source at the bottom of the page (for example, my main logo on the index page). In a few cases, I use images which were taken from a free collection which required no link-back (for example, the arrow gifs on the interact page were taken from the free geocities clipart collection). Photographs that appear on the people, pet, Cynthism, and handle pages belong to me or are used with the subject's and owner's permission.
The sole midi that I've used (located on the people page) is the property of Alex J. Van Wey, and is used with his permission.
