Heyyyyy! Do you know whose site this is? Are you wondering what the heck that blob thing is up above? His name is Nick, affectionately named after the Nickelodeon station that I grew up on. You can look at the bottom of this page to see a picture of my family and I, or you can read all of this boring stuff that I am writing. Okay, thanks for taking the time. Eventually, or maybe even in a few minutes from now, I plan to have a link to a page of photos, but that all depends on how available the hosting sites are. If you don't know who I am, then that would be a good place to start, but if you already know me then you probably don't want to see pictures of me anyway!

Who am I? Who are you. I'm Rick, and this is my story... I was born in Connecticut, where most of my relatives still reside. My family and I lived in Connecticut, for the first few years of my life, in a few different houses, until we moved to New Hampshire; we moved a few times within New Hampshire until we eventually relocated to New York. We even lived in a few houses there in New York, and as if that wasn't enough moving, we are now living in Martinsville, Virginia. How long have we been here? Since August of 2004. Why Martinsville??? Seriously, why? It's quiet, and you couldn't ask for a better community of people. Prior to moving here, I had already lived in Southampton - Long Island, Easthampton - Long Island, Hampton Bays - Long Island, Freeport - Long Island, Stamford - Connecticut, Rochester - New York, and Daytona Beach - Florida. Not to mention my life aboard the American Orient Express (We won't go there).

Ummm, why do you have a dog sitting next to a flag? It's not just a flag, it's an Italian flag, and it's not just a dog, it's a mutt. Put them together and you have me, well kind of. Alright, I am Italian, at least in part. In heart I am Italian, but in reality I am only half Italian, while the other half is mutt, see what I mean? I'm something like Irish and English? It depends if you ask my mother or grandfather, you'll get two different answers. I am a born again Christian, and have been saved since I was 4 years old. I recently rededicated my life to the Lord in July of 1999, and I have been living my life for God ever since. If you're wondering what I'm talking about, or if you don't know what it means to be saved, or if you want to find out how to receive Salvation, you can find out how. Oh, so you're one of those Jesus fanatics! Yeah.. Something like that. My friend Leo calls me "Bible Boy" - it's more descriptive than just saying a fanatic.

Random Facts About Me:

My Kinda Food: Well, since I am half Italian, I of course love Italian food, especially Manicotti, which by the way is pronounced (Maahn-ay-gawwwt) not (Man-ih-cot-ee). My Nana is Italian, and can bust out Italian food like a clown scares little kids.

I love pasta, ravioli, chicken parmesian and just about any other Italian food. Actually, I love just about all foods! You should see the damage I can do to a buffet style restaurant - it's not pretty.

I work for a fabulous company called Global Link Logistics as both a Customs Broker as well as a freight forwarder and customer appeasing associate (yes I made that last part up, but it is what I do.)
