MEDITATION
There are several different ways to meditate; One way that I find most easy is to sit comfortably put on some nice relaxing music light a candle. First , clear your head take a few deep breaths. These are called cleansing breaths. when you are ready stare into the candles flame see the light that shines from it...feel the warm, its just you and the candle, smell the wax feel its energy radiating on your face, become one with it. Do this at least 15min. a day. Once you are able to do this you can meditate anywhere without a physical candle.
