Have you ever find a problem to think about something new and very creative when your superiors at work ask you to think of one? Do you often get stuck? Many people find it very hard to think of something new and creative. So how to overcome it?

Creativity is an ongoing process. In solving problems, sometimes creativity is an asset to solve great circumstances. So it is very important to have creativity.

To cultivate creativity, you must have a wide view of things. Don't get stuck at one view. If you do, it is terribly difficult to find more new ideas. For example, if you want to improvise a watch (just pretend that the watch is not like the watch in these modern days),you must think hard and try not to think that that watch can't be improvised. If you do you get stuck in one view. Get the point? So to improvise the watch, you can make a watch with a compass, calculator and the list goes on. Why don't you try listing out and see how creative you are. Make sure you don't think of that normal watch. Normality is an obstacle to create creative mind. All you need to do is think hard. Remember the more you think, you sure will get some ideas.

Some people are always afraid to tell their ideas (sometimes they are creative ideas) because they are afraid people will snigger at them and their ideas. This is simply one obstacle to cultivate a creative mind. Sometimes you won't know how useful and creative your idea is. So don't look down on yourself. If you do, you will not even try to think of an idea and consequently, you won't exercise your creativity.

Another way of cultivating creative ideas is to be in a group. This is not only suitable in schools but also in the workplace. For instance, in a group,choose one as a leader. Next, tell one thing which needs improvisation by creative ideas. After that, everyone in the group must say some ideas. If there is someone who can't think of any ideas when it is his turn, 'skip' from him for a while. Perhaps he can think of creative ideas when some other people tell out their ideas. Isn't this a good way to cultivate a creative mind? Sometimes people can think of creative ideas when someone tells out their idea. So it is also important to listen to people's ideas when the process of cultivating creativity is going on.

When you are thinking fo an creative ideas, you should stay in a quiet and peaceful place. Sometimes, being with greens can help you to think properly. Closing your eyes to picture something creative can be a useful way to cultivate creativity. Also, try not to be distracted by anything. Have a good concentration also when you are thinking.

It is also good if wander around like shopping complexes to seek some creative ideas. Sometimes, when you see things your mind simply goes wild to think for some creative ideas. Continually, for a few minutes, looking at things may help you too. Ideas may 'pop' out suddenly without your knowledge.
