For a little more than a year, I've been on the staff of The Palm Beach Post, primarily assigned to the city of Boynton Beach, the third largest city in Palm Beach County.
I've been fortunate in that I've been able to write stories outside my daily beat, including features on the Haitian community.
Previous to my tenure at that Post, I've held positions at the Miami Herald, The Times-Picayune and the Los Angeles Times.
