Poems

Activities:

• 1. The students are painting snow over a polar bear. Snow ingredients are 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup salt, and 3/4 water.
  

• 2. 1/2 of the students made white arctic foxes and 1/2 of the students made brown foxes. Then the children went around the room trying to camouflage their foxes.
  
• 3. Here is a penguin made our of a toliet paper holder.
• 4. Here is a construction paper penguin.
• 5. We made a penguin book and here is the page about penguins eating krill.
• 6. These students are being male emperor penguins by practicing balancing playdough eggs on their feet.
• 7. The students painted paper bags black and white for penguin suits.
