reetings,
holy children of God, in the wonderful name of our lord and saviour Jesus, the Christ.
The sermon subject for today is: WE, THE CHILDREN OF GOD, THAT HAVE BEEN BAPTIZED INTO THE BODY OF CHRIST, AND HAVE RECEIVED THE WASHING OF REGENERATION, AND THE RENEWING OF THE HOLY GHOST, ARE NOT UNDER THE LAW THAT GOD GAVE TO MOSES, BUT UNDER GRACE. Rom:6:14: For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace THE LAW THAT GOD GAVE TO MOSES' ON MOUNT SINAI, IS IN THE WORLD TODAY, AND THE PEOPLE THAT ARE OUTSIDE OF CHRIST, ARE IN THE WORLD, AND UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE LAW OF MOSES'. AND BY THAT LAW NO FLESH SHALL BE JUSTIFIED, ACQUITED OF SIN. Rom:3:19: Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Rom:3:20: Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. CHILDREN OF LIGHT, NO FLESH SHALL BE JUSTIFIED, PUT IN RIGHT STANDING WITH GOD IN WORD THOUGHT, AND DEED, BY THE LAW OF MOSES'. LAW IS VERY STRICK. FOR EXAMPLE THE LAW OF CONTRACTS. IF A MAN IS ONE DAY LATE, OR ONE DOLLAR SHORT ON A CONTRACT, THE CONTRACT IS BROKEN. AND THE PRINCIPAL CAN DEMAND THE BALANCE. NOW CONCERNING TRAFFIC LAWS. IF A MAN DRIVES HIS CAR IN A FIFTEEN MILE AN HOUR ZONE AT SIXTEEN MILES AN HOUR. HE HAS BROKEN THE TRAFFIC LAW, AND WHEN BROUGHT BEFORE A JUDGE SHALL BE PUNISHED. UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES', GOD'S CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO ANY TYPE OF WORK ON THE SABBATH DAY. Ex:20:8: Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Ex:20:9: Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: Ex:20:10: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: Ex:20:11: For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. BELOVED UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES' A PERSON COULD NOT LEGALLY, BUY OR SELL ON THE SABBATH DAY, COULD NOT LIGHT A FIRE TO COOK A MEAL, COULD NOT CARRY ANY BURDEN, COULD DO NO WORK. A MAN WAS FOUND GATHERING STICKS ON THE SABBATH DAY, IN THE DAYS OF MOSES, AND WAS PUT TO DEATH. Nm:15:32: And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the sabbath day. Nm:15:33: And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation. Nm:15:34: And they put him in ward, because it was not declared what should be done to him. Nm:15:35: And the Lord said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp. Nm:15:36: And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the Lord commanded Moses. THE LAW OF MOSES' IS KNOWN AS THE LAW OF SIN, AND DEATH. THE LAW OF MOSES' REQUIRED A PERSON TO KEEP THE LAW TO THE LETTER, NOT EVERY WORD, BUT EVERY LETTER. Rom:7:6: But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter. Rom:7:7: What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet. Rom:7:8: But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead. Rom:7:9: For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died. Rom:7:10: And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death. SAINTS OF GOD, NOT ONLY DID A MAN HAVE TO KEEP THE LAW THAT GOD GAVE TO MOSES TO THE LETTER, BUT IF HE OFFENDED IN ONE POINT HE WAS GUILTY OF ALL. Jms:2:10: For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. (KJV) UNDER GRACE A MAN CAN ESTEEN ONE DAY ABOVE ANOTHER, OR HE CAN ESTEEN EVERY DAY ALIKE. WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ESTEEN THE SABBATH DAY ABOVE OTHER DAYS. Rom:14:5: One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. Rom:14:6: He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks. THE APOSTLE PAULWAS INSPIRED OF GOD TO RECORDED THESE WORDS ABOUT THE SABBATH DAY. Col:2:16: Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Col:2:17: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. HOLY CHILDREN, WE ARE AS, CHRISTIANS, REQUIRED BY COMMANDMENT TO SUBMIT TO EVERY ORDINANCE OF MAN. 1Pt:2:13: Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; 1Pt:2:14: Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. 1Pt:2:15: For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: THEREFORE IF THE SPEED LIMIT IS FIFTY FIVE MILES PER HOUR, AND YOU FIND YOURSELF GOING SIXTY, REDUCE YOUR SPEED, AND BRING YOUR CAR WITHIN THE SPEED LIMIT. IF THE SPEED LIMIT IS FIFY FIVE MILES PER HOUR, IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO TRY TO HOLD YOUR SPEED AT FIFTY MILES PER HOUR, THEREBY REDUCING THE NUMBER OF TIMES THAT YOU EXCEED THE SPEED LIMIT. AT THE TIME THAT GOD GAVE THE LAW TO MOSES, GOD HAD ENMITY, A JUSTIFIED ANGER, TOWARD MAN. THE LAW WAS STRICK, AND THE PENALTIES SEVER. IF A MAN WAS ONE PENNY SHORT, OR ONE EAR OF CORN SHORT, OR ONE LAMB SHORT ON HIS TITHE, HE HAD BROKE THE TITHING LAW. NOTICE IN THESE VERSES OF SCRIPTURE, THAT ALL ISRAEL WENT UNDER THE CURSE, OR A SENTENCE OF CONDEMNATION BECAUSE OF THE TITHING LAW. Mal:3:8: Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. Mal:3:9: Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation. WE, THE CHILDREN OF GOD, UNDER GRACE ARE NOT UNDER THE TITHING LAW. FOR WE HAVE BEEN ADOPTED INTO THE FAMILY OF GOD. AND KINGS DO NOT TAX THEIR OWN CHILDREN, THEY TAX CHILDREN OF STRANGERS. Mt:17:24: And when they were come to Capernaum, they that received tribute money came to Peter, and said, Doth not your master pay tribute? Mt:17:25: He saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What thinkest thou, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers? Mt:17:26: Peter saith unto him, Of strangers. Jesus saith unto him, Then are the children free. Mt:17:27: Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee. SAINTS OF THE MOST HIGH GOD, THERE ARE MULTITUDES OF MEN PREACHING TITHING. SOME DO IT IN IGNORANCE, SOME DO THIS BECAUSE THEIR GOD IS THEIR BELLY. BUT I BELIEVE THAT IT IS A TRICK OF THE DEVIL TO BRING THESE MEN BACK UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES', BECAUSE A MAN CANNOT PREACH ONE WAY, AND LIVE ANOTHER. IF A MAN PREACHES TITHING, AND BRINGS HIMSELF BACK UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES' HE WILL MAKE HIMSELF A TRANSGRESSOR. IF A MAN PREACHES THAT GOD'S CHILDREN ARE TO OBSERVE THE SABBATH DAY LAWS, AND BRINGS HIMSELF BACK UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES' HE WILL MAKE HIMSELF A TRANSGRESSOR. IF A MAN PREACHES THAT MEN SHOULD NOT EAT CERTAIN ANIMALS, AND BRINGS HIMSELF BACK UNDER THE DIETARY LAWS AS THEY WERE IN THE DAYS OF MOSES. HE WILL MAKE HIMSELF A TRANSGRESSOR. Gal:2:18: For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. Gal:2:19: For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God. Gal:2:20: I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. NOTICE THIS CHRISTIAN BRETHREN, THERE WERE ONLY A FEW MEN THAT ESCAPED THE FLAMES UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES. THE REST OF THE PEOPLE WERE EITHER KILLED, OR DIED, AND THEIR SOULS FED TO THE FLAMES OF HELL. Is:24:5: The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. Is:24:6: Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left. THIS IS THE VERSE OF SCRIPTURE THAT SENT SO MANY INTO THE FLAMES. Dt:27:26: Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen. (KJV) ALL OF THE GENTILES PERISHED UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES, BECAUSE WE WERE ALIENS, FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF ISRAEL, AND STRANGERS FROM THE COVENANTS OF PROMISE. Eph:2:11: Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; Eph:2:12: That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: Eph:2:13: But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. Eph:2:14: For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Eph:2:15: Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; Eph:2:16: And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: BELOVED RIGHTEOUSNESS BY THE LAW OF MOSES' WAS UNTIL JOHN THE BAPTIST CAME PREACHING IN THE WILDERNESS, SINCE THAT TIME THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS PREACHED, AND MEN ARE PRESSED INTO IT. Lk:16:16 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it. (KJV) BROTHERS, AND SISTERS A MAN CANNOT BE SAVED BY THE LAW OF MOSES'. WE, AS CHILDREN OF GOD, UNDER THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE WHICH IS IN CHRIST JESUS, ARE MADE RIGHTEOUS BY FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS, AND FAITH IN THE BLOOD THAT JESUS SHED ON CALVARY'S CROSS. WHEN A PERSON PLACES THEIR FAITH, AND TRUST IN CHRIST JESUS FOR THEIR SALVATION, AND FAITH IN THE BLOOD THAT HE SHED ON CALVARY' CROSS FOR THEIR REDEMPTION, GOD THE FATHER ALLOWS THAT PERSON TO DECLARE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF JESUS CHRIST, FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS THAT ARE PASS. THIS GIVES US PERFECT RIGHTEOUS IN THE EYES OF GOD. Rom:3:21: But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Rom:3:22: Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: Rom:3:23: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Rom:3:24: Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Rom:3:25: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; Rom:3:26: To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Rom:3:27: Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. Rom:3:28: Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. SAINTS OF GOD, IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON MAKING HEAVEN YOUR HOME UNDER GRACE, THERE ARE CERTAIN THINGS THAT YOU MUST DO. YOU MUST BELIEVE, YOU MUST HAVE FAITH, FOR WITHOUT FAITH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE GOD. Heb:11:6: But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. (KJV) YOU MUST REPENT, EXCEPT A PERSON REPENT, HE WILL SURELY PERISH. Lk:13:5: I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (KJV) AND YOU MUST BE BORN OF WATER, BAPTIZED, FOR THERE IS NO OTHER WAY INTO THE BODY OF CHRIST. Gal:3:27: For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. (KJV) AND YOU MUST BE BORN OF THE SPIRIT. WHEN A PERSON IS BORN OF THE SPIRIT, THE HOLY GHOST, THE INWARD MAN THE SOUL COMES TO LIFE. THAT PART OF A MAN COMES TO LIFE THAT SHALL LIVE IN ETERNITY. 2Cor:4:16: For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. (KJV) YOU MUST EAT OF THE FLESH, AND DRINK OF THE BLOOD OF THE LORD JESUS. EXCEPT A MAN EAT OF THE FLESH, AND DRINK OF THE BLOOD OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, HE WILL HAVE NO LIFE IN HIM. AND WE EAT OF THE FLESH, AND DRINK OF THE BLOOD WHEN WE PARTAKE OF THE LORD'S SUPPER. Jn:6:53: Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. (KJV) YOU MUST WORK IN THE HARVEST. FOR FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD. Jms:2:20: But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? (KJV)
