I READ THE OTHER DAY, A STATEMENT MADE BY A PHILOSOPHER, THAT I THOUGHT INTERESTING, AND THE STATEMENT, WAS BASICALLY THIS. THE PURPOSE OF LIFE IS HAPPINESS. WEBSTER DEFINES HAPPINESS AS, CONTENTMENT, JOY, A STATE OF WELL BEING. SOME ONE WROTE THIS AND PLACED IT ON THE INTERNET. WHAT MONEY CAN BUY, MONEY WILL BUY; A BED, BUT NOT SLEEP. BOOKS, BUT NOT BRAINS. FOOD, BUT NOT AN APPETITE, FINERY, BUT NOT BEAUTY. A HOUSE, BUT NOT A HOME. MEDICINE, BUT NOT HEALTH. LUXURIES, BUT NOT CULTURE. AMUSEMENT, BUT NOT HAPPINESS. IN THE BEGINNING BEFORE THE SUN, AND THE MOON WAS FORMED, GOD THE FATHER, SPOKE, AND HE TOOK HIS WORD, AND HE SHAPED, IT AND FORMED IT IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE WORD OF GOD, BECAME THE SON OF GOD.

Jn:1:1: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God). (KJV)

SAINTS OF GOD, JESUS CHRIST IS THE FIRST BORN OF EVERY CREATURE, THE BEGINNING OF CREATION. WHAT IS A CREATURE? A CREATURE IS SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN CREATED.

Col:1:12: Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

Ex:12:14: And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the Lord throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.

Col:1:13: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Col:1:14: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

SAINTS, I BELIEVE THAT GOD WAS TREMENDOUSLY HAPPINESS, AT THE BIRTH OF HIS SON, JESUS THE CHRIST. THEN IT WAS BY JESUS CHRIST THAT GOD, THE FATHER, CREATED ALL THINGS.

Eph:3:9: And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: (KJV)

HOLY CHILDREN JESUS CHRIST GOD'S, BLESSED SON, CREATED HEAVEN AND THE EARTH, HE CREATED THE SUN AND THE MOON AND THE STARS. AND, PLACED THEM IN SPACE IN ONE DAY. IT WAS JESUS CHRIST GOD'S, HOLY CHILD, THAT CREATED THE ANGELS.

Col:1:15: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

WHEN YOU READ THE NEWS PAPER YOU CAN SEE HIS HANDY WORK, WARS, MURDERS, ADULTERY, DIVORCE, EMULATION, MEN COMPETING BREAKING THEIR ARMS AND LEGS, WITCHCRAFT, HATRED, ARSON, DRUNKENNESS, SANTA CLAUSE, ALL THESE THINGS PRECEDE FROM SATAN. Is:14:13: For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

Is:14:14: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Is:14:15: Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

Is:14:16: They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;

Is:14:17: That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners.

CHILDREN OF LIGHT, IT WAS SATAN THAT TEMPTED EVE THAT CAUSED HER TO TRANSGRESS THE COMMANDMENT OF GOD, AND SHE LEAD HER HUSBAND ADAM, AND ALL MANKIND INTO SIN AND DEATH. BOTH THE PHYSICAL DEATH, AND THE SPIRITUAL DEATH. SATAN HAS MULTITUDES OF CHILDREN, AND AS YOU READ THE DAILY NEWS PAPER, YOU CAN SEE, THAT WHAT THEY THINK WILL BRING THEM HAPPINESS, IS STRANGE INDEED. MURDER, ROBBERY, THIEF, ADULTERY, RAPE, AND SUCH LIKE. BUT IT IS MY BELIEF THAT THE KEEPING OF GOD'S LAW BRINGS TRUE HAPPINESS.

Prv:29:18: Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST, SATAN HAS MULTITUDES OF FALSE PROPHETS, PASTORS, EVANGELIST, AND TEACHERS. THEIR DOCTRINE IS DESIGNED TO LEAD THE CHILDREN OF GOD TO DESTRUCTION. FOR EXAMPLE THEY SAY THAT FAITH PLUS NOTHING EQUALS SALVATION. IF A PERSON WERE TO BELIEVE THAT AND REFUSE TO PARTAKE OF THE BODY AND BLOOD OF CHRIST, THEY WILL HAVE NO LIFE IN THEM.

Prv:29:18: Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

(TO BE AT PEACE WITH GOD AND MAN IS TRUE HAPPINESS. IS POSSIBLE FOR THE UNREGENERATED TO KEEP GOD'S COMMANDMENTS? NO, IT IS NOT. I BASE MY OPINION ON THESE VERSES OF SCRIPTURE.

Rom:8:1: There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Rom:8:2: For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Rom:8:3: For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

Rom:8:4: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Rom:8:5: For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Rom:8:6: For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Rom:8:7: Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

Rom:8:8: So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Rom:8:9: But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

LET ME AT THIS TIME REPEAT, CHILD OF GOD, THAT I BELIEVE THAT KEEPING THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD BRINGS TRUE HAPPINESS. BUT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE UNREGENERATED TO KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD. THEREFORE, THE QUESTION MUST ARISE HOW DOES A PERSON RECEIVE THE BORN AGAIN EXPERIENCE? IF A PERSON IS A CHILD OF GOD, FOR THERE ARE BOTH WHEAT, AND TARES IN THIS PRESENT WORLD. IF A PERSON IS A CHILD OF GOD, AND THEY WILL REPENT, AND BE BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS. THEY SHALL RECEIVE THE GIFT OF GOD, THE HOLY GHOST. FOR IT IS THE HOLY GHOST THAT BRINGS LIFE TO THE INWARD MAN THE SOUL. THE LORD JESUS HAS SAID, THAT WHICH IS BORN OF FLESH, IS FLESH, AND THAT WHICH IS BORN OF SPIRIT IS SPIRIT.

Acts:2:38: Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Acts:2:39: For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

Acts:2:40: And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST, WHEN A CHILD OF GOD IS BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, THEY ARE BAPTIZED OUT OF THE WORLD AND INTO THE BODY OF CHRIST, THE ONE AND ONLY TRUE ETERNAL CHURCH. MULTITUDES OF PEOPLE PREACH, AND TEACH THAT THE CHURCH WILL NOT SAVE YOU. BUT, THIS MUCH I DO KNOW THAT A PERSON CANNOT BE SAVED OUTSIDE OF THE BODY OF CHRIST.

1Jn:5:10: He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

1Jn:5:11: And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

AND NOW CONCERNING THE FACT THAT GOD'S CHILDREN ARE BAPTIZED INTO THE BODY OF CHRIST.

Gal:3:27: For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. (KJV)

BELOVED OF GOD, IT IS WONDERFUL TO BE A CHRISTIAN, A CHILD OF GOD, A, MEMBER OF THE FAMILY OF GOD. TO BE ABLE TO LAY MY HEAD ON MY PILLOW AT NIGHT AND TO BE AT PEACE WITH GOD, AND MAN. AND WHEN I, AS A CHRISTIAN, BEGIN TO COUNT MY BLESSINGS, THE WORK OF GOD IS EVIDENT. FOR EXAMPLE TO BE IN GOOD HEALTH, TO HAVE GOOD FOOD TO EAT, NICE CLOTHES TO WEAR, NICE HOME TO LIVE IN, TO LIVE IN THE GREATEST NATION IN THE WORLD, TO HAVE SUCH FREEDOM. FREEDOM OF WORSHIP, FREEDOM OF SPEECH, FREEDOM TO TRAVEL, FREEDOM OF PRESS, FREEDOM OF ASSEMBLY. I KNOW THAT THESE BLESSING COME FROM GOD.

Jms:1:17: Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. (KJV)

1Cor:11:22: What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not.

SAINTS OF GOD, IT IS WONDERFUL TO HAVE NICE THINGS IN THIS LIFE. BUT THE BEST IS YET TO COME. WE, THE CHILDREN OF GOD, THE PREDESTINATED, ARE DESTINED TO EAT OF THE TREE OF LIFE, AND TO DRINK OF THE CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER OF LIFE, DESTINED TO BE HEIR, AND JOINT HEIRS WITH JESUS CHRIST IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD. DESTINED TO WALK THE STREET OF GOLD. THINK ON THIS CHILDREN OF GOD, EYE HAS NOT SEEN, NEITHER EAR HEAR, NEITHER HAS ENTERED INTO THE HEART OF MAN, THE THINGS THAT GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE OF US THAT LOVE HIM. WHILE WE TARRY HERE GOD HAS PROMISED THAT ALL THINGS WILL WORK TOGETHER FOR OUR GOOD. GOD HAS PLANNED IN LOVE FOR US, SO THAT ALL EVENTS OF THE WORLD WORK TOGETHER FOR OUR GOOD.

Rom:8:28: And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Rom:8:29: For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Rom:8:30: Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

Rom:8:31: What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

SAINTS OF GOD, HOPE IS A BEAUTIFUL WORD, AND MEANS TO EXPECT FUTURE GOOD, AND THE HOLY SCRIPTURES GIVE US, AS CHILDREN OF GOD, HOPE. WE ARE ALWAYS EXPECTING SOMETHING GOOD TO HAPPEN TO US. AND SINCE YOU KNOW CHILD OF GOD, THAT ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR OUR GOOD, ENCOURAGE YOURSELF FROM TIME TO TIME BY SAYING TO YOURSELF, "SOMETHING GOOD IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO ME." AND, BELIEVE WHAT YOU SAY, AND EXPECT SOMETHING GOOD TO HAPPEN TO YOU. REMEMBER THIS VERSE OF SCRIPTURE,

Heb:11:1: Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (KJV)

HOLY CHILDREN, WE SHALL GO THROUGH TRIALS AND TRIBULATION FROM TIME TO TIME IT IS OUR DESTINE, BUT REMEMBER OUR HEAVENLY FATHER IS WATCHING, AND HE LOVES US, AND WILL NOT PUT MORE ON US THAN WE CAN BEAR. AND WITH EVERY TEMPTATION SHALL MAKE A WAY OF ESCAPE.

1Cor:10:13: There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. (KJV)

IF YOU, BELOVED OF GOD, WANT TO REACH THE ULTIMATE IN HAPPINESS, GROW IN GRACE. WHEN A PERSON FIRST RECEIVES THE BORN AGAIN EXPERIENCE, THEY ARE LIKE A SMALL CHILD, AND MUST BE FED ON MILK. BUT AS THEY GROW IN THE GRACE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE LORD JESUS, THEY COME INTO THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THERE IS A WAY THAT THEY CAN MAKE THEIR CALL AND ELECTION SURE. AND THAT IS IF THEY WILL TAKE FAITH, AND ADD TO THAT KNOWLEDGE.

2Pt:1:4: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

2Pt:1:5: And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;

2Pt:1:6: And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;

2Pt:1:7: And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

2Pt:1:8: For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2Pt:1:9: But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

2Pt:1:10: Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

BELOVED OF GOD WHEN THE HOLY GHOST COMES TO DWELL WITHIN A PERSON, THE WORK THAT IS ACCOMPLISHED BY HIS PRESENCE WITHIN IS LOVE, JOY PEACE. THE APOSTLE PETER SAYS THAT IT IS JOY UNSPEAKABLE, AND FULL OF GLORY.

Gal:5:22: But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Gal:5:23: Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
