WHAT IS THE LAW THAT GOD GAVE TO MOSES? THE FIRST FIVE BOOKS OF THE BIBLE, GENESIS, EXODUS, LEVITICUS, NUMBERS, AND DEUTERONOMY CONTAIN THE LAWS THAT GOD GAVE TO MOSES. WHEN ISRAEL CAME OUT OF EGYPT, CAME OUT OF THE HOUSE OF BONDAGE. THEY HAD NO LAWS, NO RULES OF CONDUCT TO TELL THEM HOW THEY WERE TO ACT TOWARD GOD, OR TOWARD MAN. THEREFORE GOD GAVE THEM TEN LAWS, TEN RULES OF CONDUCT. I FEEL REASONABLE SURE THAT YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THESE LAWS. BUT, LET ME STIR YOU UP TO REMEMBERANCE. READING FROM THE BOOK OF ;

Ex:20:1: And God spake all these words, saying,

Ex:20:2: I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

Ex:20:3: Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Ex:20:4: Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

Ex:20:5: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

Ex:20:6: And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Ex:20:7: Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Ex:20:8: Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Ex:20:9: Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:

Ex:20:10: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

Ex:20:11: For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Ex:20:12: Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

Ex:20:13: Thou shalt not kill.

Ex:20:14: Thou shalt not commit adultery.

Ex:20:15: Thou shalt not steal.

Ex:20:16: Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Ex:20:17: Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

LISTEN CAREFULLY SAINTS OF GOD, WHEN GOD GAVE MOSES THE LAW, GOD HAD ENMITY AGAINST ALL MANKIND, BECAUSE OF THE ORIGINAL SIN OF ADAM. FOR AT THE TIME THAT ADAM TRANSGRESS THE COMMANDMENT OF GOD, ALL MANKIND WAS IN ADAM AND SIN WAS IMPUTED UNTO US ALL. AND, WE ALL DIED THE SPIRITUAL DEATH.

1Cor:15:22: For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. (KJV)

CHILDREN OF LIGHT, EVEN UNTIL THIS VERY DAY, WHEN A CHILD IS BORN INTO THE WORLD; HE IS ALIVE PHYICALLY, BUT DEAD SPIRITUALLY. THEREFORE, TO LIVE ETERNALLY HE MUST BE BORN AGAIN. BECAUSE, IT IS THE INWARD MAN THE SOUL THAT SHALL LIVE IN ETERNITY. FOR THE INWARD MAN THE SOUL IS RENEWED DAY BY DAY.

2Cor:4:16: For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. (KJV)

BELOVED OF GOD, FROM THE TIME THAT ADAM EAT OF THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD, AND EVIL, UNTIL MOSES WAS BORN. DEATH, BOTH THE PHYSICAL DEATH, AND THE SPIRITUAL DEATH, REIGNED UPON ALL MANKIND. BUT, WHEN MOSES WAS BORN, GOD CHOOSE HIM A PEOPLE ISRAEL. AND, GAVE MOSES THE LAW TO GIVE TO THE PEOPLE. THIS LAW WAS VERY STRICK. IT HADE TO BE KEPT TO THE LETTER. IT WAS NOT ENOUGHT TO KEEP EVERY WORD, BUT HAD TO BE KEPT TO THE LETTER.

Rom:7:6: But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter. (KJV)

BROTHER AND SISTERS, IF PERSON COULD KEPT THE WHOLE LAW, AND OFFEND IN ONE POINT, HE WAS GUILTY OF ALL.

Jms:2:10: For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. (KJV)

MULTITUDES OF PEOPLE UNDER THE LAW THAT GOD GAVE TO MOSES, WENT OUT INTO ETERNITY WITHOUT HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE. FROM ADAM, UNTIL CHRIST HANG ON CALVARY'S CROSS, ALL GENTILES WERE WITHOUT HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE. BUT WHEN CHRIST HANG ON CALVARY'S CROSS, HE TORN DOWN THE PARTITION BETWEEN THE JEW, AND THE GENTILE. AND, MADE OF THE TWO, ONE NEW MAN IN CHRIST. NOW WE AS GENTILES HAVE HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE, ONLY IN CHRIST JESUS.

Eph:2:11: Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;

Eph:2:12: That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

Eph:2:13: But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

Eph:2:14: For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

Eph:2:15: Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

Eph:2:16: And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

Eph:2:17: And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.

HOLY CHILDREN, IF YOU WILL REMEMBER DURING THE DAYS OF NOAH, THERE WAS ONLY ONE MAN THAT FOUND GRACE IN THE EYES OF GOD. AND THAT MAN WAS NOAH. BECAUSE NOAH FOUND GRACE IN THE EYES OF GOD, GOD SAVED NOAH'S FAMILY. ONLY NOAH, AND HIS FAMILY, EIGHT SOULS, CAME ACROSS THE FLOOD. BUT YOU, AND I, SAINTS OF GOD, WERE IN NOAH'S FAMILY, AND BECAUSE OF THAT PHYSICAL UNION WE WERE SAVED. ONLY A FEW PEOPLE WERE SAVED UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES, ALL THE REST DIED, OR WERE KILLED, AND THEIR SOULS WERE FED TO THE FLAMES OF HELL.

Is:24:5: The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.

Is:24:6: Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left

SAINTS OF GOD, THE LAW THAT GOD GAVE TO MOSES IS KNOWN AS THE LAW OF SIN AND DEATH. WHY IS IT KNOWN AS THE LAW OF SIN, AND DEATH? BECAUSE UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES IF A MAN TRANSGRESS THE LAW HE DIED THE SPIRITUAL DEATH. IF YOU ARE A NEW CONVERT TO THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION, YOU MAY NOT KNOW WHICH INDIVIDUAL LAW CAUSED SUCH DESTRUCTION. HERE IT IS.

Dt:27:26: Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen. (KJV)

HOW DOES SATAN DESTROY THE CHILDREN OF GOD? HE USES THE LAWS OF GOD AS A WEAPON. SATAN USES HIS CHILDREN TODAY, AS HE USED THE SERPENT IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN TO TEMPT GOD'S CHILDREN. FIRST COMES TEMPTATION, AND IF A PERSON YIELDS TO TEMPTATION, AND TRANGRESSES GOD'S LAW. THEN COMES SIN. THEN COMES THE CURSE, AND THEN DESTRUCTION. UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES, ALL OF ISRAEL WENT UNDER THE CURSE BECAUSE OF THE TITHING LAW. LISTEN CAREFULLY AS I READ FROM

Mal:3:8: Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.

Mal:3:9: Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.

CHILDREN OF THE MOST HIGH GOD, A MAN CANNOT PREACH ONE WAY, AND LIVE ANOTHER. IF A MAN PREACHES THAT MEN SHOULD NOT COMMIT ADULTERY, THEN GOD WILL EXPECT THAT PREACHER TO NOT COMMIT ADULTERY. IF A MAN PREACHES THAT MEN ARE NOT TO STEAL, THEN GOD WILL EXPECT THAT MAN NOT TO STEAL.

Rom:2:17: Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God,

Rom:2:18: And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law;

Rom:2:19: And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness,

Rom:2:20: An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law.

Rom:2:21: Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?

Rom:2:22: Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?

REMEMBER THIS SAINTS OF GOD, IF A MAN PREACHES TITHING, AND BUILDS AGAIN THE TITHING LAWS, AS THEY WERE UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES, THEN GOD WILL EXPECT HIM TO GIVE A TENTH OF HIS INCOME TO THE LEVITICAL TRIBE WHETHER IT BE MONEY, LIVESTOCK, OR PRODUCE. AND, IF HE IS SHORT ONE PENNY, OR ONE EAR OF CORN, OR ONE SHEEP, HE WILL MAKE HIMSELF A TRANSGRESSOR. IF A MAN PREACHES THAT MEN ARE NOT TO WORK ON THE SABBATH DAY, AND BUILDS AGAIN THE SABBATH DAY LAWS, HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ANY WORK ON THE SABBATH DAY. HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CARRY ANY BURDEN, NOR LIGHT A FIRE, NOR BUY OR SELL. IF HE DOES ANY WORK ON THE SABBATH, HE WILL MAKE HIMSELF A TRANSGRESSOR OF THE LAW. IF A MAN PREACHES THAT A MAN SHOULD NOT EAT SUCH THINGS AS HOG, NOR RABBIT, NOR CATFISH, AND BUILDS AGAIN THE DIETARY LAWS OF THE LAW OF MOSES THEN GOD WILL EXPECT HIM TO KEEP THE DIETARY LAWS. IF HE DOES NOT KEEP THE DIETARY LAWS TO THE LETTER; HE WILL MAKE HIMSELF A TRANSGRESSOR.

Gal:2:16: Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

Gal:2:17: But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.

Gal:2:18: For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor.

Gal:2:19: For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.

Gal:2:20: I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Gal:2:21: I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. (KJV)

BELOVED IF A MAN BUILDS AGAIN THE LAW OF MOSES, AFTER HE IS IN CHRIST JESUS HE WILL MAKE HIMSELF A TRANSGRESSOR. THE LAW OF MOSES IS IN THE WORLD TODAY AND BY THAT LAW NO FLESH SHALL BE JUSTIFIED, MADE RIGHTEOUS IN WORD, THOUGHT, AND DEED IN THE EYES OF GOD. SO THE THOUGHT MUST COME TO MIND HOW DO WE AS CHILDREN OF GOD GET OUT FROM UNDER THE LAW OF MOSE? WE, AS CHILDREN OF GOD, MUST DIE TO SIN. AND BY THIS DEATH, WE ARE MADE FREE FROM THE LAW THAT GOD GAVE TO MOSES. WHEN WE ARE BAPTIZED, WE DIE TO SIN. WHEN WE ARE BAPTIZED INTO CHRIST JESUS WE ARE BAPTIZED INTO HIS DEATH.

Rom:6:1: What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? (KJV)

Rom:6:2: God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

Rom:6:3: Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

Rom:6:4: Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Rom:6:5: For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

Rom:6:6: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

Rom:6:7: For he that is dead is freed from sin.

WE, AS CHILDREN OF GOD, ARE CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST, NEVERTHELESS WE LIVE, YET NOT I BUT CHRIST LIVETH IN ME.

BEFORE CHRIST CAME INTO THE WORLD, AND OFFERED HIMSELF UP ON CALVARY'S CROSS. SOME OF GOD'S CREATURES WERE UNCLEAN, BECAUSE OF THE ORIGINAL SIN OF ADAM. ANIMALS SUCH AS THE CAMEL, AND THE HOG. BUT WHEN CHRIST HANG CALVARY'S CROSS I BELIEVE THAT THERE WAS A FOUNTAIN OPENED THAT CLEANSED THE PREVIOUSLY UNCLEAN ANIMALS, FISH, AND BIRDS AND OTHER OF GOD'S CREATURES. IF A MAN PREACHES THAT MEN SHOULD NOT EAT CERTAIN ANIMALS, FISH OR BIRDS THAT GOD HAS CREATED HE IS PREACHING THE DOCTRINE OF THE DEVIL.

1Tm:4:1: Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

1Tm:4:2: Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

1Tm:4:3: Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

1Tm:4:4: For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:

1Tm:4:5: For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

CHRISTIAN BRETHREN YOU MAY WONDER WHY GOD GAVE US THE OLD TESTAMENT. THE OLD TESTAMENT WAS OUR SCHOOL MASTER TO BRING US UNTO CHRIST. BUT SINCE CHRIST IS COME WE ARE NO LONGER UNDER THE SCHOOL MASTER. 2521

Gal:3:21: Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.

Gal:3:24: Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

Gal:3:25: But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
