If you have never been through a war you may not be familiar with the word propaganda. The word propaganda is ideas or facts, or allegations spread deliberately to further ones cause or to damage an opposing cause. In a time of war nations set up multitudes of peoples to sow the seeds of hate. The things they say may be true, or they may not be true as long as it accomplishes its purpose. Many times one nation is not strong enough to over come its enemy and its allies. Therefore it will spread doctrine to cause the allies of it's enemy to forsake the nation they wish to destroy. This system is known as divide and conquer. In this present world we as Christians are at war with a strong enemy, whom army is well organized, trained in death dealing tactics. Our enemy is Satan the devil, the antiChrist, both the man, and the system, and the false prophet, and the children of Satan. Satan uses the commandments of God as a weapon, to destroy the children of God. Romans 6:23 for the wages of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life. Think on this saints of God, one time Satan found all of God's children in one place, in Adam, and with one transgression caused both the physical and spiritual death to reign on all mankind. If you will recall God gave the man Adam a commandment that he could eat of every tree of the garden of Eden, but of the tree of knowledge of good, and evil, he was not to eat of it, for in the day that he did he would surely die. When Adam transgress that commandment, sin came into the world, and death reigned : both the physical death, and the spiritual death, from Adam until Moses upon all mankind. For thousands of years all mankind was without hope of eternal life. Romans 5:l2 wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin: and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law, l4. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come. Beloved, Satan's slaughter of captives continued upon the human race until Moses' was born. When Moses was born God choose him a people Israel, and allow them to put off the spiritual death by using the scapegoat. Until Christ came into the world to set the captives free. St. Luke 4:l8 (Jesus is reading from the book of Isaiah and he says) the spirit of the lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor: he hath sent me to heal the broken hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind. To preach the acceptable year of the lord. 20. And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. 2l. And he began to say unto them, this day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears. Saints of God, as Satan used the serpent in the Garden of Eden, he now uses false prophets, false teachers, and the children of Satan. Let me give you some examples of what I am talking about. There is in Christendom, that portion of the world in which Christianity prevails, many different denominations. Such as Catholics, Baptist, church of God, church of Christ, Jehovah witnesses, Pentecostals etc. Is Christ divided? What has caused these divisions? Propaganda, heresies, halftruths, have cause the divisions. Men have built colleges, to indoctrinate young men, and young women with false doctrine. And, if a man will not preach false doctrine they cannot pastor a church in their denomination. Satan has designed the doctrine taught in these colleges, and universities in such a way as to bring destruction on those that hear, and believe their propaganda. Let me give you a magnificent example of propaganda designed to destroy. When you hear this doctrine", once saved always saved, regardless of what you do. "If a man hears that doctrine, and commits a willful sin, there will be no more sacrifice for sin. Hebrews l0:26 for if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins. 27. But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. 28. He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: 29. Of how much sorer punishment suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the spirit of grace? 30. For we know him that hath said, vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the lord. And again, the lord shall judge his people. 3l. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Children of light, if people sin willfully after they have received the gift of the holy ghost, after they have come into the knowledge of the truth, they trod under foot the son of God, they count the blood of the covenant wherewith they were sanctified an unholy thing, and they do despite unto the spirit of God. Another devastating doctrine of the devil declared by the false prophet is "faith plus nothing equals salvation". It is true that we are saved by faith, but there is more to salvation than just faith. Faith without works is dead, being alone. James 2:l7 even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Beloved, there is one thing about propaganda: if enough people teach the same false doctrine, many men, women, and children will believe the false doctrine. Satan has multitudes of children to repeat the unorthodox doctrine. Multitudes of Satan's children write false doctrine, and we as children of God, in going through school: form the opinion that every thing in print is true. But come into this knowledge a lie written is not any better, or worse, than a lie spoken. For these reasons I believe that God had his words authoritatively written in both the Old Testament, and the New Testament. Remember this: in a court of law, one word in writing will contradict ten thousand witnesses. There is only one book that I know to be true from cover to cover, and that is the bible. When you see the word "holy" written on the cover of the bible, you know that it is a word for word translation. How would you hide a tree ? you could place it in a forest, therefore the children of Satan have printed many translations, and the translations do not agree. Therefore, I place my abiding faith in the original king James translation. Ll timothy 3:l6 all scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: l7. That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. Holy children let me bring to light another doctrine of unorthodox preachers, preachers of the wrong opinion: they preach and teach that baptism is not necessary to salvation. But the lord Jesus Christ, creator of heaven and earth, has said "except a man be born of water, and the spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." St. John 3:l there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. 2. The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. 3. Jesus answered and said unto him, verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 4. Nicodemus saith unto him, how can a man be born when he is old? can a man enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? 5. Jesus answered, verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6. That which is born of the flesh is flesh: and that which is born of the spirit is spirit. Brothers and sisters in Christ, what is the kingdom of God? let me read you the bibles definition of the kingdom of God. Romans l4:l7 for the kingdom of God is not meat and drink : but righteousness, and peace and joy in the holy ghost. Beloved, if you will notice when Jesus said these words, except a man be born of water, and the spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God the marginal reference refers you to mark l6:l6 he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be damned. Think on this, in that verse of scripture there is an implied contract, that if a person is not baptized he will not be saved. I believe that one of the most lavish gifts that God can bestow upon his children is eternal life. Where is eternal life? it is in the body of Christ. How do we, the children of God, get into the body of Christ? we are baptized into the body of Christ, the true eternal church. Galatians 3:27 for as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Saints of God, there is a way that a person can be sure of receiving the holy ghost, and that is if they will repent, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sin: they shall receive the gift of the holy ghost. Now the Holy Ghost must be received by faith. And since the world cannot see the Holy Ghost, they cannot receive him. Acts 2:38 then peter said unto them, repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the holy ghost. Beloved of God, let me ask you a serious question, have you received the holy ghost since you believed? If not, how were you baptized? to be baptized properly is very important. And the proper way is to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Acts l9:l and it came to pass, that, while Apollo was at corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to ephesus: and finding certain disciples, 2. He said unto them, have ye received the holy ghost since ye believed? and they said unto him, we have not so much as heard whether there be any holy ghost. 3. And he said unto them, unto what then were ye baptized? and they said, unto john's baptism. 4. Then said Paul, john verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. 5. When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the lord Jesus. 6. And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the holy ghost came on them : and they spoke with tongues, and prophesied. 7. And all the men were about twelve. Little children, you may not know why it is so important to receive the holy ghost. When a person receives the holy ghost, the inward man the soul comes to life. That part of a man comes to life that shall live forever. The outward man of flesh, and blood will perish, it is the inward man the soul that shall live in eternity, for God renews the soul day by day. 2 Corinthians 4:l6 for which cause we faint not: but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. Brothers and sisters in Christ, Satan devised another brilliant plan to destroy God's children: when he had his servants withhold the fruit of the vine from the children of God during the ritual of the eucharist. Other of Satan's children preach, and teach that to partake of the lord's supper is not necessary to salvation. These two false doctrines have probably sent multitudes of people into eternity dead spiritually. For Jesus Christ has said except a man eat of my flesh, and drinks of my blood, he will have no life in him. St. John 6:52 the Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, how can this man give us his flesh to eat? 53. Then Jesus said unto them, verily, verily, I say unto you, except ye eat the flesh of the son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Beloved, propaganda is very effective : to give you an idea of the effectiveness of propaganda, multitudes of woman come before the throne of God in prayer with their heads uncovered. For the false prophets, and false teachers have said their hair is sufficient. Even though God has said either let them be covered or let them be shaven. It is true that a woman's hair is a covering against the elements, but not for prayer. Let me ask you this question. Why do women put a veil upon their head during the sacrament of marriage: is it not to honour their husband. L corinthians ll:l be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ. Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you. 3. But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ: and the head of the woman is the man: and the head of Christ is God. 4. Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head. 5. But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven. 6. For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered. Saints of God, the commandments of God are not grievous : for a man to uncover his head when he prays, or for a woman to cover her head when she prays is not a grievous command. But if this act of covering, and uncovering be disobeyed, and it is found to be a rebellious act. The sin of rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft. L samuel l5:23 for rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the lord, he hath also rejected thee form being king.
