Prophecy to ponder; Isaiah 4:1 And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach. Reading from Hosea4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: The great majority of the people in this present world are on the broad way that leads to destruction. Mt 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. The word "Strait" is defined as "Difficult." Jesus Christ said these words. Matthew So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen. It is going to be difficult to make Heaven your eternal home. To make heaven your home a person must be of God's elect. You can make your calling and election sure. 2Peter:1:5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. but he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. 10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: 11 For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We as Saint of God were chosen before the foundation of the world. Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will. God has predestinated us, planned in love for us, in such a way that all things works together for our good. Rom:8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. 29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. 31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? God calls his elect to repentance, justifies us. glorifies us, translates us out of the world, into the body of Christ, by the water of our baptism. Gal:3:27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Jesus Christ gives us the washing of regeneration, and the renewing of the Holy Ghost. When a person receives the Holy Ghost it is the earnest of our inheritance. Eph:1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. Here is a commandment that God has given unto all of us, as saints, that have a goal to make heaven our eternal home. Matthew5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. How is the word "Wrath" defined? Wrath is hatred moved to action. Life is a spirit, the spirit of life dwells in the blood. Leviticus 17:14 For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof: therefore I said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh: for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof: whosoever eateth it shall be cut off. . In the world to come, we, as saints of God, shall see what Satan, and his children, the False (Prophets, Evangelist, Pastors, and Teachers) have been able to accomplish; with such heresies as, " Once saved, always saved, regardless of what you do. (When in really) Heb.10:26 For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, Another heresy that will send multitudes in the pit is, God loves you unconditionally. There are conditions to God's Love "obedience." John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. Another heresy, "faith plus nothing equals salvation."Jas 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. There is more to salvation then just faith; Repentance, Baptism, Receiving the Holy Ghost, Being fruitful, Washing of feet, (John13:5-10)Good works, confession. If a man does not fear God he just does not under stand. In a Court of Law, usually two witnesses is sufficient to establish the truth. The Lord Jesus, God's son, testifies about fearing God. Matthew:10:28: And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Solomon, the wisest man that ever lived, testifies to the fact we should fear God. Ecclesiastes 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. Job testifies about judgment day. Job:21:30 That the wicked is reserved to the day of destruction? they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath. Righteousness by the law of Moses (Time Span) From Moses until John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness; Luke 16:16 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it. Isaiah testifies, only a few people were saved from the wrath of God. Isaiah 24:5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. 6 Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left. In the world to come after trial, conviction, and verdict of condemnation; Millions if not billions of people that have transgressed the commandments of God, the wicked, shall be cast into a giant wine press. The press shall be trodden and blood shall run in a great valley for two hundred miles up to a horse's bridle. The Apostle John Testifies to the wrath of God. Revelation 14:18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe. 19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. 20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs. Why is the blood pressed out of the bodies that are going to be cast into the Lake of Fire? I believe it is to remove any sign of life. A carcass is a dead body. Isaiah:66:23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord. 24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh. We as saints of God are not to say who goes into heaven, neither are we to say who goes into the pit. (Romans 10:1-11) What acts will cause a person to spend eternity in the lake of fire? Re 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Galatians:5:19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like. of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. What is the kingdom of God? Ro 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. It is the Holy Ghost that brings life to the inward man the soul. It is the inward man, the soul that shall live in eternity for the soul of man is renewed day by day. For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. Christ Jesus gave his life on Calvary's cross to atone for ours sins to give us, the Children of God, a second chance to make heaven our eternal home. If a man after he has received the Holy Ghost returns to sin he is like a sow that returns to the wallow. 2 Peter 2:22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire. Judgment Day is coming, it is appointed unto man once to die, and then the Judgment. Jesus Christ, the son of God, has been appointed to judge all mankind. By what standard shall we be judged? By the gospel according to the Apostle Paul. Romans 2:16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel. What soever God doth shall be forever. You have been created you shall spend eternity some where. Ecclesiastes 3:I4 I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him. The grave is not the end, there shall be a resurrection. Jesus said these words. John 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, 29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. 30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me. Satan uses the commandments of God as a weapon to destroy the children of God. Here is the commandment that God gave to Adam. Genesis:2:16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: 17. But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.. To give you some idea how Jesus Christ judges. Here is the judgment of Adam. Was Adam, God's Son? Yes Lu 3:38 Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God. When Adam transgressed the commandment of God and eat of the forbidden fruit, Then came trial, conviction, and Verdict. Genesis 3:9 And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? 10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. 11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? 12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. In these verses of scripture, Adam is on trial for his life, and here is the verdict. 17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return. Because of his transgression of God's Law Adam was driven from the Tree of Life. Reading from Genesis3:22 And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:23 Therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. Another heresy that will send multitudes of people into flames of hell " if you sin all you have to do to be forgiven of the sin is to confess the sin."Heb:10:26 The force of law is the fear of consequences, and this heresy causes men and women not to fear God, and the laws of God. May the Lord bless you, and your family with good health, long life, and in the world to come eternal life.
