The Moral and Social Influence of Devotion to Mary
As becomes very clear from this article by the renowned Orestes Brownson, the only hope that the Catholic counter-revolution has in defeating the modernists and liberals in this age of heresy and error run rampant is in devotion to Our Lady, Queen of Heaven and earth, and refuge of sinners.  To quote Brownson:  "...efforts to increase devotion to the Blessed Virgin are, to me, among the most encouraging signs that God has not forgotten us; that there are still faith and love on the earth, and that there is still a recuperative principle in Christian society.  I thank God, for society itself, that there are still those who delight to call themselves children of Mary, and to keep alive in our cold, heartless world, the memory of her virtues."

* The Rosary: A School of Contemplation
An excellent chapter taken from Father Garrigou Lagrange's book "The Mother of Our Savior, and our Interior Life" (available from Catholic Family News).  In this article Father Lagrange endeavors to explain what the Rosary is, and how to say it in such a manner that will make it profitable to our soul's salvation.  To quote from the chapter: "The Rosary is more than a prayer of petition. It is a prayer of adoration inspired by the thought of the Incarnate God, a prayer of reparation in memory of the Passion of our Savior, a prayer of thanksgiving that the Glorious Mysteries continue to reproduce themselves in the uninterrupted entry of the elect into glory."

* The Message of Our Lady of Quito
This is the Message given by Our Lady when she appeared to Sister Marianna, in Quito, Ecuador, in 1634. This apparition is fully approved by Holy Mother Church.

* A Trustful Surrender to Divine Providence (External Link)
The essence of holiness and sanctity lies in our ability to surrender ourselves and our own will to the Divine Will of God. This fantastic book goes a long way in helping one to achieve "A Trustful Surrender to Divine Providence."

* Wonders of the Holy Name (External Link)
In this short booklet, Father Paul O'Sullivan does a fantastic job explaining some of the Wonders of the Holy Name. By far the best booklet we have read on the subject.
