I am an elementary school teacher with many years of experience teaching young children to read. I am hoping this website and others like it can give children who prefer reading text from a computer, or who otherwise might not have access to written materials, a chance to practice their reading. These stories were inspired by my students, they sprang out of comments, funny stories and class shared writing activities. I use writing in my classroom as a great way to develop good reading skills. I hope you enjoy this page, it is my first attempt at a website, so I am sure it will grow and develope over time.
