Welcome to St. Cuthbert’s Literary and Debating Society! St. Cuthbert’s Society has been very fortunate over the last few years to have had the most successful debating team ever in the University. They’ve been all over the world, proving that Cuth’s men and women are indeed the most argumentative bunch of sods this side of Durham! L&D is one of the most vibrant groups within the JCR here at Cuth’s, and we all profit from the excellent work that they do representing the Society.

So come and support L&D, or even join them - get stuck in, and help keep this great team going! And the very best of luck to the L&D for the coming year.
