June 22, 1997
This was my first eagle. I hit my 16° 3-wood to the bottom of the hill, past the bells about 210 yards away. My next shot was a 17° 3-wood, uphill, to 10 feet past the pin. I drained the putt. Yippee!! A very hot day--95° F. I thought I was going to die on the back nine.
