I really hate the formatting on these BeSeen boards... 8-(( 

My parts of the msg. are the parts without colons in front of the words.

I think this is the best way.  It would be a bit cumbersome to have to pass 
all ideas and opinions around to all 12 members of this Union for 
approval/additional opinions.  I think that passing them along between 
3 or 4 very capable and intelligent people should suffice.

And I share your feeling.  But I think this should only happen when it's 
a big issue, like changing procedure, etc.  There's an awful thin line 
between what's considered a "big" issue and what's not, but I'm sure we 
all trust Plis's judgement.

I like these suggestions very much.  But, to me, #1 and #3 sound very 
similar as far as what their assigned departments are.   Maybe we could 
combine them into one SC, called "Comments/Suggestions," and add another 
committee called "Complaints."  I think that would be a good one. So we'd 
have "Complaints," "Comments/Suggestions," and "Results."  How does that 
sound, guyz??

I think every person on the Union 
should have a say about what goes into the voting booth, rather than just 
3 or 4 of us.  For example, if someone has a suggestion about a question 
that should go into the booth, he can send it to his respective SC Chair.   
Then the chair can look it over and send it to Plis.  Then Plis can can 
put it up in the booth for all to vote on. How does all this sound, 
fellas???
