Harbour Town Golf Links Harbour Town Golf Links has been variously described as 'Pebble Beach East' and 'St. Andrews with Spanish Moss'. Though each of these courses is vastly different. Harbour Town offers a challenge to even the best golfers. The strategic placement of greens and hazards make every shot count and par difficult to achieve.

Signature Hole Comments: The 18th hole reminds golfers of the 18th hole at Pebble Beach. Sneaking around the edge of Calibogue Sound, the tee, fairway, and green jut out into the salt marshes making a slice or hook a critical mistake. The 465 yards to the green can be impossible to reach in two shots given a high wind and behind the green, the red-and-white striped lighthouse, the Harbour Town trademark, rises into the air, for a scenic finishing hole.

Harbour Town finds itself on Vol 3 of the Links Course Library. A beautiful course it is one of my favourites.
